1. Service

ri-fi provides an AI-powered social media scheduling service. You retain ownership of all content you configure us to publish on your behalf.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any action taken through your account. Connect only social accounts you are authorised to manage.

3. Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly. Cancel from your dashboard at any time; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months.

4. Content

You confirm that any brand name, description, keywords, or media you provide do not infringe third-party rights. We reserve the right to refuse to publish content that breaches Meta's terms or applicable law.

5. Liability

We are not liable for indirect loss or for changes to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram) that are outside our control. Our total liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
